Description

Lamassu are winged bulls of Earth’s ancient Mesopotamian origin. How they travelled through to Geründerland is not known, however their statues are found in many of the ruins that inhabit the landscape. There are tales, amongst the Vermin, of such winged creatures inhabiting the caverns lying deep beneath the hills and valleys of Geründerland. One thing is known for sure, and that is that where these creatures are said to inhabit, great wealth is also to be found for the Lamassu are second only to the dragons of the Skarfii islands in their avaricious greed for gold. The depths of Geründerland hide many secrets, from endless plunder to magical artefacts of tremendous power.
