The Red Queen’s Chess Set is the set the queen will practice on before moving her own chess troops into open battle… woah betide any who beat her in the game! Here we see Alice coaxed into a match… the King and the Card soldiers look on in trepidation.

The Red Queen’s chess set comes as a chess board and the pieces. The board is in painted metal aluminium alloy and the pieces chromed plastic. Very fiddly to put the pieces on the board but worth it for the effect. Also perfect for a doll’s house I suppose! The pawns themselves are approximately 5mm tall.
