The Ruins of the Dead
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website.
You will be required to pay extra for delivery, the cost of which is listed in the shopping basket, the option for free postage above certain amounts is also there.
Payment for goods and delivery charges will be taken via PAYPAL or card at the time you place the order. You can use PayPal without setting up an account to pay by credit card etc. Any issues, click the little shopping cart towards the top left which should allow you to progress to payment or email us on email@example.com
Shipment and delivery
Shipping; our normal delivery time is between 3 and 7 working days in the UK although international orders will take longer.
Free shipping is available for UK orders above £70 and international orders above £100. You can, of course, pay for shipping and request additional models in lieu! If we can post for less (eg in a large letter box) we refund the excess as long as the order itself is over £5 (ie excluding postage).
Breakages - All items are checked prior to being shipped and are carefully wrapped. If you find that any items are damaged on receipt, please contact us within 7 days. The Little Soldier Company will make the claim on your behalf to the Royal Mail and make arrangements for collection of the broken item(s).
Arrangements will be made for delivery of a replacement with the customer as soon as possible after collection
